I have been charged for auto-renewal, but my account still shows unsubscribed. What should I do?

Please confirm that you are using the latest version of the app from the App or Play store. If you are not on the latest version, please upgrade and log into the app using your credentials.


If you still experience issues with auto-renewal, please log a ticket with our Support team - Click Here! To speed up the process, please send through below to the Support Team when creating a ticket:

1. Date on which renewal occurred. 

2. Proof of purchase - you might have received a confirmation email from iTunes/Google Play Store on successful renewal.
